Aiman Khan and Minal Khan, two well-known actresses in Pakistani entertainment, have been accused by a former worker, Ali Hamid, of acting impolitely and failing to pay their paychecks on time.
Ali Hamid has posted a thorough statement on the Instagram photo and video sharing app, identifying different social media networks.
He stated in the message that after pleading for payment for my labour for six months, I have finally decided that I may post on social media about my unpleasant experience working at “Aiman Minal Closet.”
He claimed that despite their celebrity status, Aiman and Minal had failed to pay him his salary on time during the year that he had worked for them. When the employees messaged Muaz, Aiman and Minal’s brother, to request payment, he responded that they would transfer the money to the account the following week.
The pay still hasn’t arrived after a week. Ali Hamid complained that these individuals had withheld my and many other employees’ salaries for six months.
He said that Aiman Khan and Minal Khan were acting dishonorably with their staff members and treating them like slaves.
He said that they owed him Rs180,000. He also claimed that he had sent them many emails requesting payment of my salary, but they never replied.
In response to the claims made by the former employee, the actresses’ brand stated that “Aiman Minal Closet” is a well-known fashion company that is not in favour of postponing employee wages but that some financial challenges created delays that were swiftly remedied.
The fashion label also stated in their statement that actresses Aiman Khan and Minal Khan were not involved in the brand’s daily operations, which were managed by their brother Muaz Khan, due to claims that they caused the company financial harm through unpaid salaries.
