Apple has never considered removing Twitter from Apple store: Musk

Elon Musk through Twitter has revealed that the misunderstanding about Twitter being removed from the Apple store has been resolved.

The CEO of Twitter and the CEO of Apple met on Wednesday to clear the misunderstandings regarding Twitter.

The billionaire Twitter owner stated, “Tim was clear that Apple never considered doing so.”

Earlier on Monday, Musk warned Apple that if they remove Twitter from the Apple store then Musk will consider developing a Phone.

He also accused Tim cook of threatening without reason and also claimed that Apple has stopped advertising on Twitter.

Musk tweeted a series of complaints on Monday, including the up to 30% commission fee Apple charges software developers for in-app sales.

Musk posted a meme implying he was ready to go to war with Apple rather than pay the fee.

Both Apple and Google demand that social networking apps on their app stores have efficient processes in place for policing offensive or harmful content.

However, since taking over Twitter last month Musk has laid off an unknown number of people, including those who were responsible for battling misinformation, and slashed roughly half of Twitter’s workforce.
