Regarding the appointment of two judges to the Supreme Court, Justice Qazi Faez Isa wrote a letter to the Judicial Commission’s members.
Sources claim that Chief Justice Masrat Hilali of the Peshawar High Court and Chief Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh of the Sindh High Court have both been proposed for nomination.
According to sources, the letter was sent to each member of the judicial commission.
It is pertinent to mention that Justice Qazi Faez Isa is a senior member of the judicial panel.
