In the Asia Cup, the high-priced tickets for the Pakistan-India match were sold out within a few hours.
Yesterday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) initiated the sale of tickets at 6 PM, but all the tickets were sold out within a short span of time.
On the online ticketing website, the General Stand (seats for watching the match from the grass) still has 711 seats available, priced at 8,700 Pakistani Rupees.
VVIP Level A and Level B tickets, priced at 87,000 Pakistani Rupees, have also been sold out. Meanwhile, all the tickets for VVIP Lower Category A and B have been booked, with a cost of 36,250 Pakistani Rupees.
It should be noted that the opening match of the Asia Cup is scheduled between Pakistan and Nepal on August 30 in Multan, while the traditional rivals Pakistan and India will play on September 2 in Kandy.
