Astronomers discover ‘Black Hole’ 33 billion times size of Sun

British astronomers have discovered a giant black hole 33 billion times the size of the Sun.

Scientists at Durham University in the UK say that the giant black hole is the biggest discovery so far.

The research was published in the Journal monthly Notes of the Royal Astronomical Society, in which scientists described the discovery as “very interesting”.

“This black hole is 30 billion times larger than our Sun, and it’s the biggest discovery ever made, so it’s a very interesting one,” said Dr. James Nightingale, author of the Department of Physics at Durham University.

Dr. James said that after this research, we can also detect black holes in other galaxies from our galaxy Milky Way and also show how these black holes were formed.

Scientists took a picture of this black hole through the Hubble Space Telescope, in which the size of the black hole was confirmed.

He said that this is the first black hole that has been discovered with the help of gravitational lensing.
