ATC extends Imran’s interim bail till November 28

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday extended the interim bail of former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan till November 28.

According to details, the anti-terrorism court heard the case of protest and interference the government affairs. The case was registered at Sang Jani police station. Judge Raja Jawad Abbas Hassan heard the case.

On behalf of the PTI Chairman his lawyer, Rai Tajmal Hussain appeared in the court. The lawyer filed an application for exemption from today’s appearance on medical grounds of Imran Khan.

While applying for exemption from appearance in the court he said that Imran was seriously ill due to bullet injuries and therefore he could not appear in the court.

The court extended the interim bail of Imran Khan till November 28 while accepting his application for exemption from appearance on medical grounds.

The court adjourned the hearing till November 28 while seeking the complete medical report of PTI Chairman Imran Khan on the next hearing.
