Balochistan Police summons Gill, warns of arrest on absence

Another case has been registered against Shahbaz Gill at Karachi’s police station

Police have summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shehbaz Gill in a case registered against him in Balochistan.

According to details, an FIR has been registered against Shahbaz Gill in Qila Abdullah district in which seven sections have been added under the PECA Act.

Police have said that Shahbaz Gill has been informed of the case and he has also been summoned but if he does not come he will be arrested.

On the other side, another case has been registered against Shahbaz Gill at a police station in Karachi.

The case was registered at the brigade police station on the complaint of a citizen named Mohammad Saeed under the provisions of spreading hatred and provocation against the country’s institution.

According to the petitioner, Shahbaz Gill had made a hate speech against the former head of the institution.

The text of the application further stated that Shahbaz Gill was inciting the public against the officers of the institution.
