Bilawal says Imran exposed as ‘biggest thief’ by ECP verdict

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that Imran Khan had been proven to be the “biggest thief” in the country’s history following the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan.

On Wednesday, while talking to the media, he said that Imran Khan’s narrative against corruption had turned out to be false and that the foundation of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had been laid on corruption.

The PPP chairman said that Imran Khan adopted varying tactics to prevent the election commission from the investigation, which had been exposed in front of the country today.

“It was the hypocrisy of the PTI to take funds from foreigners and raise slogans of a foreign conspiracy. A person who gives a false affidavit to the election commission cannot be honest and trustworthy,” he added.

Bilawal concluded his statement by saying that Imran Khan ran the “so-called anti-corruption campaign” to conceal his own corruption.

He further said that Imran Khan had polluted the country’s politics by taking foreigners’ money, and was a criminal to the people.
