Bilawal to open Karachi’s Rs56 billion Bhutto highway today

According to officials, a special facility has been introduced on the Punjab Emergency Helpline 15 to provide immediate psychological support.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is set to inaugurate the 39-kilometer-long Bhutto Highway in Karachi today, marking the opening of one of the city’s major infrastructure projects aimed at easing traffic congestion.

According to the spokesperson for the Pakistan Peoples Party chairman, the highway will be formally opened to the public following the inauguration ceremony. The route begins from the Qayyumabad area and includes six interchanges designed to improve traffic flow across different parts of the city.

The spokesperson stated that the project was completed within the scheduled timeframe at an estimated cost of Rs56 billion.

Meanwhile, Murtaza Wahab said authorities are continuing round-the-clock efforts to tackle Karachi’s growing traffic and transportation challenges. He added that the new highway is expected to significantly reduce pressure on major roads and improve connectivity for commuters across the metropolis.
