Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Khayal Ahmed Castro took oath in the provincial cabinet of Punjab.
Punjab Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman administered the oath of office to Khayal Ahmed Castro at the Governor’s House.
On this occasion, Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi reached the Governor House and congratulated Khayal Ahmed Castro on taking oath as the minister and also expressed his best wishes.
The Chief Minister said that he hoped that Khayal Ahmed Castro would fulfil the new responsibilities properly and would work day and night to serve the people.
On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has expressed ignorance about Khayal Ahmed Castro becoming a minister in the consultative meeting of the members of the assembly from Faisalabad and said that he did not know that he was becoming a minister. Imran said that Castro’s becoming a minister damaged their narrative.
However, talking to the media Provincial Minister Khayal Castro said that he was a soldier of Imran Khan and that Imran Khan knew that he has taken the oath of the provincial minister.
He said that if Imran Khan would say the assemblies will be dissolved tomorrow. He also said that so far the date of dissolving the assemblies is December 20.
