Celebrities’ sartorial saga: Who wore what on Eid?

From ivory whites to pastel hues and jewel-tone ensembles, this Eid-ul-Fitr had a ton to offer. Here are our best-dressed celebs for this Eid.

Kiran Malik

Kiran Malik sported a fully embroidered ivory chikankari ensemble by Umar Sayeed Couture. Keeping things clean and sultry, Malik opted for gold open-toed heels and bangles and earrings playing peek-a-boo. The bare neckline, soft waves, smokey eyes and nude lip hit all the checkpoints for us. This is one for the books!

Saboor Aly

Saboor Aly Ansari is a breath of fresh air in an all-yellow outfit for Eid day 2. The floor-length frock features a spray of sequins all-over and a heavily embroidered border. We love the way Saboor styled the look with a multi-layered pearl and gold necklace and matching earrings. The thick ropes of white pearls provided much reprieve, visually, from the yellow of the outfit. Saboor sported a red matte lip that tied the entire look together. For day 3, Saboor adorned a sapphire blue set by Ari and Oak. Minimal dabka work along the neckline makes this the perfect chic-girl outfit for us. The look was styled minimally with simple strappy gold heels, bangles and tiny earrings.

Aimen Khan

Aimen Khan and daughter celebrated Eid in a matching seashell shade Annus Abrar kalidar shirt and trouser set. The shirt features zardozi work on the neckline and has gorgeously placed hints of gold on the sleeve edges and border of the shirt. The multihued organza dupatta with lappa picks up on delicate lacework on the shirt. Keeping the makeup and hair simple, Aimen styled the outfit with green Aloa stud earrings and pink bangles.

Iqra Aziz

Iqra Aziz was seen in a gorgeous aqua Faiza Saqlain sharara set on the first day of Eid. The short shirt is adorned fully with floral-vine embroidery whereas the multi-tiered sharara provides a respite with a spray of embroidery only. The look is styled with golden jhumkas and khussas, making it just the right amount of fancy.

Sherbano Taseer

Ansab Jehangir was a choice for many this Eid, and one of our favourite looks was pulled off by Shehrbano Taseer. This stunning raw-silk shirt features block print with gota and sequins embroidery. Mint-green ending on the border of the shirt and sleeves provided a contrast to the sapphire. The long shirt paired with cigarette pants and open-toed heels provided the perfect silhouette to the attire. Shehrbano styled the outfit with soft waves, minimal makeup and hoop earrings.

Tan France

The new dad from the Queer Eye family dressed his family in white Mohsin Naveed Ranjha sets to celebrate Eid. Tan wore a self patterned kurta and trouser set with intricate golden embroidery on the sleeves. Tan’s partner Rob, sported a sherwani fully embroidered with baroque patterns. Their son also wore a mini Mohsin Naveed Ranjha set. 10/10 for fashion and cuteness.
