CM Punjab lashes PM for crossing limits of animosity toward Punjab

Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has once again lashed out at Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. He criticized Shehbaz Sharif for crossing the limits of animosity toward Punjab and voiced concern for the status of the province’s agriculture.

He said that PM Shehbaz has said that he did not do corruption of a single penny questioning what a penny was brother. He said that their own people have been saying their leaders don’t let anything come to them.

He said that Shahbaz Sharif has crossed the limits of enmity with Punjab and had come down on cruelty to farmers and farmers. He said that if the Greater Thal Canal Agreement was not signed by December 13 the agreement will automatically end.

The Greater Thal Canal Project was approved by ECNEC and the date of signing the ADB Agreement is December 13, 2022.

CM Punjab said that it was regrettable that the federal government did not make progress on this matter. He said that Punjab had removed Sindh’s objections in the ECNEC meeting. He added that with statistics, construction, repair and restoration of Greater Thal Canal Phase 1 was also to be done.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi also said that Imran Khan has created so much awareness that when they go out people shout slogans of thieves. He said that the tribute for this should be paid to Imran Khan.
