An anti-terrorism court (ATC) has rejected the interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry in the Model Town vandalism case and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in six cases related to the May 9 incident.
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore rejected the interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry in a case related to the burning down of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) office in Model Town.
It may be recalled that a case has been registered for burning a container in Kalma Chowk and an office of the PML-N in Model Town.
On the other hand, Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s interim bail has been rejected in six cases of May 9.
It should be noted that the Anti-Terrorism Court has rejected the bails for non-compliance, six cases have been registered against him, including Jinnah house and Askari tower attack.
