Three terrorists were killed during an operation conducted by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in the Khyber region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Saturday.
Acting on credible intelligence gathered from detained terrorists, the CTD launched an operation in the Khyber district. Upon encountering the CTD team, the terrorists engaged in a firefight. The CTD officially confirmed that three terrorists were neutralized during the exchange of gunfire.
It is worth noting that in a separate incident just yesterday, an armed confrontation between security forces and a terrorist in the Khyber district led to the elimination of terrorists. Regrettably, during the incident, a Pakistan Army Havaldar lost his life.
