Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has met with the management of commercial banks in Dubai and assured them of continued cooperation with Pakistan.
According to state media matters related to commercial financing for Pakistan were discussed in Dar’s meeting in Dubai. The Finance Minister briefed about the ongoing efforts for economic reforms in Pakistan.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Finance, the commercial banks expressed confidence in the economic policies of the current government.
These banks included Dubai Islamic Bank, Ajman Bank and Emirates NBD which deals commercially with Pakistan and its Ministry of Finance.
