Drama serial ‘Dobara’, which goes on air on Wednesdays has taken a highly interesting turn with its latest episode which was telecasted on December 29.
While the serial is already popular for its incorporation of stars like Bilal Abbas Khan, Hadiqa Kiani and Javed Sheikh and its attempt at breaking traditional stereotypes, the recent episode has left everyone even more excited for the serial’s coming episodes.
It so happens that Mahir (Bilal Abbas Khan) finally proposes Mehru (Hadiqa Kiani), something we knew would take place on the part of either of the two characters. But what turned out to be surprising for the viewers was Mehru’s response, who grows disgusted at the mere thought of it, and scolds Mahir in return, stating that she had been helping him like a friend throughout, taking care of him because he was a neglected child, with no intentions whatsoever of marrying him.
The same day, Ibtesam (Javed Sheikh) also proposes Mehru, asking for her companionship in his hitherto single life. While Mehru has badly rebuked Mahir on one side, and is not interested at all in marrying another, over-aged male figure, something she already witnessed at quite a young age, the viewers have been left curious regarding what decision Mehru will take. Will she accept Ibtisam’s proposal and surrender before her family members, or will she revert to Mahir to save herself from another potential dominating man in her life?
