Elon Musk is ready to fight Apple over Twitter dispute

A month after taking ownership of Twitter, Elon Musk is ready to start a war against Apple over carrying Twitter in the Apple store.

The Tesla and SpaceX founder slammed Apple in a tweet on November 28 saying the iPhone company had stopped advertising on Twitter.

He also revealed that Tim Cook the CEO of Apple threatened him to pull the social app out of the App Store.

Musk also questioned Apple CEO by saying, “Do they hate free speech in America?”

He also criticized App Store fees.

He further said that Apple CEO has not given any specific reason for the threat given to Twitter.

Apple did not give any statement in this regard however; company sources confirmed that Apple has stopped advertising on Twitter.

Elon Musk also tweeted a meme suggesting that he would prefer a war over the App Store’s 30 percent commission.

Ever since Elon Musk took over Twitter, several companies have stopped advertising on the social media platforms.

Elon Musk also threatened Tim Cook by saying, “if Twitter got removed from Apple and Google’s app stores, he will develop an alternative smartphone.”
