According to police, the suspect had arrived at his in-laws’ residence accompanied by his mother. During the visit, a disagreement reportedly erupted between the man and his father-in-law, escalating tensions within the family.
Authorities said that as the son-in-law attempted to leave the house, the father-in-law stood in front of the vehicle. In the ensuing confrontation, the driver allegedly accelerated the car, striking the elderly man before fleeing the scene.
The victim sustained fatal injuries and died as a result of the collision. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and apprehend the suspect.
