Renowned writer and intellectual Fatima Bhutto tied the knot with Graham in a private ceremony held at the historic family mansion, 70 Clifton, in Karachi. The joyful announcement was made by her brother Zulfikar Bhutto Junior, who took to Twitter to share the news with their well-wishers. In his tweet, he expressed happiness on behalf of their late father, Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto, and the entire Bhutto family, as he revealed that Fatima and Graham exchanged their vows in an intimate nikkah ceremony held at their cherished home, 70 Clifton, the day before.

He said the ceremony was attended by Fatima’s loved ones in our grandfather’s library, a place that means a lot to my dear sister. Due to the difficult circumstances felt by our fellow countrymen and women, we all felt it would be inappropriate to celebrate lavishly.

It appears that Fatima Bhutto did not invite her cousins – Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, Bukhtawar and Aseefa.

Zulfikar Bhutto appealed to the nations to please keep Fatima and Graham (Gibran) in their prayers. God bless you and thank you.
