With Pakistani movies being released back to back, another one is just around the corner, its name being ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’. With the title taking its inspiration from the oft-quoted phrase of Pakistan’s prime minister, the film stars Saba Qamar, Zahid Ahmed, Syed Jibran, Nayyar Ejaz, Afzal Khan, Sohail Ahmed, Saleem Mairaj and Dodi Khan.
From the official teaser which got released a few days back, the film promises romance, glamour and action. However, not much can be conjectured about the storyline, which can be considered a deliberate act on the part of the teaser-makers to entice more and more audience so that they can watch the full film to have an idea what it carries.
Considering that the film stars seniors like Sohail Ahmed and Saleem Mairaj and contemporary adorbs such as Saba Qamar and Zahid Ahmed, something worth watching is to be expected, especially from Saba Qamar who has lately been observed growing very choosy when it comes to her acting projects. ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’ has been directed by Saqib Khan, who has also written its screenplay along with Mohsin Ali, while the story has been conceived by the two in collaboration with Hassan Zia. The film will be released on the coming Eid-ul-Fitr under the banner of Geo Films, JB Films and Mastermind Films.
