The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) cybercrime has arrested a foreign national from Lahore for cheating through an online loan app.
According to FIA officials, the name of the foreign national arrested from Gulberg Lahore is Jian Li Yang, who is the head of fraudsters through the online loan app.
Officials say that the accused had been working in Pakistan for 10 months, during which time he employed many Pakistani citizens for this work.
FIA officials said that the accused used to blackmail citizens by obtaining data through online loan app, the accused has also confessed to cheating hundreds of people, after which a case has been registered against him and investigation is underway.
