Minister of Finance and Revenue Senator Ishaq Dar has expressed his satisfaction over the performance of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regarding tax collection.
The Finance Ministry stated in a tweet, “Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting on revenue performance of FBR, today. FM expressed satisfaction and emphasized the FBR team to enhance their efforts to achieve the true tax potential in the country.”

Ishaq Dar was informed by the FBR on recent initiatives and problems with tax management.
It was advised that despite a downturn in the economy, objectives had been accomplished and the forecast would also be met.
