Former PM Imran Khan reacts strongly to US President’s comment on Pakistan’s nuclear program

Former prime minister Imran Khan strongly reacted to US President Joe Biden’s remarks about Pakistan’s nuclear program.

On Saturday, Imran Khan, in reaction to the US President’s comments, said that Pakistan has the most secure nuclear command and control system.

Imran Khan took to Twitter to share his views in response to Joe Biden, saying “I have two questions on this, one is on what information has POTUS reached this unwarranted conclusion on our nuclear capability when, having been PM, I know we have one of the most secure nuclear command & control systems?”

“Second is, unlike the US which has been involved in wars across the world, when has Pakistan shown aggression, especially post-nuclearization?

Khan further said that Biden’s statement shows the total failure of the imported government’s foreign policy & its claims of reset of relations with the US.

He said that the government has broken all records of incompetence.

The former prime minister said that the government has given themselves NRO and a license to white-collar criminals to plunder the country.

He also said that my biggest worry is this government will also end up completely compromising our national security.

Earlier, United States President Joe Biden claimed that Pakistan may be “one of the most dangerous countries in the world” and that its nuclear arsenal was “without cohesiveness.”

The US President gave these remarks in light of the evolving geopolitical landscape internationally.

Biden was speaking at a reception for the Democratic congressional campaign committee on Thursday.

Biden was quoted in a transcript of the speech that was posted on the White House website on Saturday as saying, “… And what I think is maybe one of the most dangerous nations in the world: Pakistan, Nuclear weapons without any cohesion.”
