The world’s leading search engine “Google” had changed its doodle in support of elections in Pakistan but it was removed after criticism on social media.

On Thursday, Google changed its doodle on the delay in Pakistan’s elections and told when the general elections are to be held in Pakistan.

Google changed its doodle to remind that the term of the National Assembly ends on August 13, 2023 and elections are to be held in 60 days after that.

This means that general elections in Pakistan will not be held before October 14, 2023.

Google has drawn attention to the general elections by adding Pakistan’s flag and ballot box to its doodle.

Google’s doodle has also prompted social media users to react.

A Twitter user laughed on the Google Doodle and wrote, “Elections in Pakistan do not seem to be happening anytime soon.”

While another only one hoped for a general election in 2023.

Another user wrote, “Google will soon hold a press conference to say goodbye to PTI. ‘

A Twitter user called it a protest against Google’s refusal to hold elections.
