Hajra Yamin, whose popular serial ‘Mohabbat Chor Di Mein Ne’ just ended, has also announced her upcoming project which is titled ‘Wonderland’.
The name of the project seems to be quite off-beat, for it promises a storyline revolving around fantasy and romance. With Pakistani dramas moving more and more towards domestic abuse and other social issues, fantasy and light-hearted romance are things which the viewers have been lately missing out on a lot. It is therefore that the name of ‘Wonderland’ has a lot of people excited.
The actress herself revealed in her latest collection of photos from the serial’s sets that it is going to be a love story, for her caption in her photos with co-star Fahad Sheikh went like, “It’s all love on the sets of Wonderland”. It was also evident that Fahad Sheikh and Hajra Yamin will be playing each other’s love interest in the serial.
From the photos in which the duo had worn long coats, it seemed as if the serial is being shot in the currently on-going winter season. While the exact release date of the serial hasn’t been announced, the actress said that it is going to be on air anytime soon. Sources tell that the serial will be released on a new channel which is promising a lot of other amazing dramatic projects, none of which have been officially announced yet.
‘Wonderland’ has been written by Rida Bilal and is being directed by Sohail Javed under the banner of his own production house, SJ Productions.
