Senior journalist Hassan Nisar and the Jamaat-e-Islami delegation led by Siraj-ul-Haq have met with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan.
Senior journalist and intellectual Hassan Nisar met with PTI Chairman Imran Khan at his residence in Zaman Park Lahore. Nisar inquired about the health of Imran Khan and conveyed his best wishes regarding his recovery after the murderous attempt on the former prime minister.
A delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami also came to pay a visit to PTI Chairman. The delegation was led by Jamaat-e-Islami party chief Siraj-ul-Haq. Senior party members including Liaqat Baloch were accompanied by the delegation while PTI leaders Ejaz Chaudhry and Ali Zaidi were also present in the meeting.
The members of Jamaat-e-Islami prayed for a speedy recovery of Imran Khan along with the discussion on political situation.
Different personalities including members of other political parties and journalists have already come to Zaman Park to meet Imran Khan. senior lawyer and PPP leader Aitzaz Ahsan paid visit to Imran Khan yesterday. Jamshed Dasti also came to meet Imran while senior journalists and anchor persons have also come to inquire about Imran’s health.
