I wouldn’t have cared if my life was taken but I was humiliated, says Azam Swati

PTI Senator requests Supreme Court to take CCTV footage and proofs into custody

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Azam Swati has said that he would not have cared if his life was taken away but they humiliated him while his video was made after taking him to an unknown place.

During a press conference in Islamabad, Azam Swati described Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah as a certified criminal and liar. He said that you will reap what you are sowing in front of the Pakistani nation.

Azam Swati said that he thanks the Chief Justice for opening his case. He also said that my CCTV camera should be taken into custody by the Supreme Court and should be sent for forensics so that the truth could come forward as to how many people had come to his house.

The PTI senator further said that the evidence of half of his case was CCTV cameras, but with CCTV cameras the backup was also taken away.

He said that he’ll not only fight on every forum in Pakistan but internationally too. He added that the dignity of a sitting Senator was not respected in this country.
