If Indian team come to Pakistan then we will go to the World Cup, says PCB Chairman

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Ramiz Raja has said that if Pakistan does not participate in the World Cup in India next year then who will see it?

Talking with Urdu News in Islamabad on Thursday night PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja said, “Our stand is that only if they (Indian team) come we will go to the World Cup and if they do not come then get the World Cup done without us.”

Ramiz Raja said that they Team Pakistan will be aggressive and has been showing performance. He said that they have defeated the cricket team that makes the world’s big business and played in the final of the T20 World Cup.

He said that there has been no talk with the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) or the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) about India not playing the Asia Cup in Pakistan yet but whenever he gets an opportunity he will definitely talk about it with a clear stand that if they come we will also go to play.

PCB Chairman said that he always used to say that economy of Pakistan cricket needed to be improved and that will happen only if the team performs better. He said that we defeated India in the 2021 T20 World Cup, in the Asia Cup. He further said that in a year Pakistan cricket team defeated the board of billion dollar economy twice.
