IHC grants Imran Khan bail in Toshakhana case till 9 March

Islamabad High Court has granted Pakistan Tehreek-eInsaf Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case till 9 March.

Earlier, the Islamabad court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case.

Additional session Judge Zafar Iqbal issued Ex-premier Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant in the Toshakana case.

Court earlier gave big relief to khan as he was granted bail in a banking court and anti-terrorism case.

During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyer said that Imran Khan could not appear due to security concerns.

The Additional Sessions Judge expressed anger and said, “What is this behavior? Imran Khan can appear in 11 courts, but not in the session court, If Imran Khan first appears in the judicial complex, there will be no time left for here.”

PTI Chairman Imran Khan appeared before the court in four different cases today, the PTI chairman was presented in two cases including the anti-terrorism court and banking court, while he will also appear in the Islamabad High Court.

As per reports, Khan did not appear in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal in the Attempt to Murder and Toshakhana reference, his lawyers also withdrew the bail application from the court.

For not appearing, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan.
