Imran Abbas shares photos from his first telefilm

Imran Abbas had started working long before hits like “Mere Aas Paas”, “Malal”, “Meri Zaat Zara-e-Benishan” and “Mujhe Hai Hukm-e-Azaan” came to the fore! However, many of his initial projects, some of them being PTV’s productions, have failed to come into the limelight owing to back-to-back blockbusters which Abbas gave in the middle of his career.

Recently, Imran Abbas shared a few photos on Facebook while mentioning that they were from his first telefilm called “Dheere Dheere”. The photos showed the model and actor probably in his teens along with Hina Mairaj.

Abbas also provided basic information regarding the telefilm, saying that it was written by senior writer Mohammed Ahmed while Yasir Nawaz was the director, who by now has earned quite a lot of respect in the field of direction with serials like “Saat Pardo’n Mein”, “Meri Adhoori Mohabbat”, “Jannat Se Nikali Hui Aurat” and the film “Mehrunnisa We Lub You” to his name.

The stills shared by Imran Abbas were quite a surprise for the fans, as the majority never knew that Imran Abbas marked his entry into the drama industry with a serial penned by Mohammed Ahmed, and that Yasir Nawaz was one of the initial directors to help Abbas showcase his talent, as is also visible from one of the photos in which Nawaz can be seen reading out a script to the young performer.

Below the stills was also a thank-you note to Yasir Nawaz and his wife, Nida Yasir, who, according to Imran Abbas, had sent him the pictures to remind him of his ‘days of innocence’, as the model and actor put it in his Facebook post.
