Imran gives important tasks to PTI Punjab leadership

PTI Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan, has given key tasks to party officials regarding the vote of confidence that Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi must seek by January 11.

According to local media reports, Imran Khan has given duties to Speaker Punjab Assembly Sibtain Khan, former chief minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, Aslam Iqbal, Mahmoodur Rashid, and Abbas Alamdar.

The PTI head requested that the party leaders expedite the process of contacting the assembly members so that a vote of confidence could be taken by January 11. Following the vote of confidence, additional actions would be performed by the party’s choice.

Khan stated that the process of reaching out to MPAs should be finished at the PA session scheduled on January 9.

Three members won’t be voting in the vote of confidence at this time, according to PTI sources cited by media reports, and these three people may defy party rules.
