Imran has clarified establishment is not to blame for his removal, says CM Elahi

Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan had clarified that the establishment is not to blame either for his ouster or for his assassination attempt.

Elahi while referring to Khan’s statement said, “Let’s accept the establishment was not behind the regime change conspiracy, but it should have played its role and stopped the conspiracy, as it knew well about the background of the corrupt and the looters.”

He claimed Imran Khan had made it obvious that nothing but dramas were going on in the federation.

“For the past decade or so only fake actions were taken in Punjab and the matters became worse,” he claimed.

Additionally, CM Elahi asserted that the PTI-led coalition government in Punjab carried out extensive development projects whereas the previous PML-N administrations in the state simply put on political dramas.

The chief minister also commanded efficient measures to end the abduction of newborns.

Additionally, Mr. Elahi directed the start of an action to clear encroachments from a plot of land close to the Mayo Hospital.

He also added that alternate preparations will be made for people who would be relocated during the operation.
