Imran Khan to lose on nine seats, says Rana Sanaullah

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan will lose the upcoming by-elections on each of the nine National Assembly seats that became empty after the NA speaker accepted the resignations of PTI MNAs.

Rana Sanaullah referred to PTI’s consecutive public events held around the nation as “political stunts” and claimed that Imran Khan was attempting to hide his ‘thievery’ by using them as a distraction.

It is important to note that the PTI is preparing to have a great power display at Islamabad’s Parade Ground on the eve of Independence Day.

The PTI is permitted to have a public meeting at the Parade Ground, according to a statement from the interior minister.

The interior minister threatened to arrest anyone who refused to comply with the FIA’s investigation into the PTI’s illegal funding matter.

Sanaullah insisted that Nawaz Sharif would return to Pakistan before the upcoming general elections without specifying the date.

PTI’s Fawad Chaudhry, in response to Sanaullah’s remarks, urged the interior minister to be careful when discussing the party’s leadership.

“Your value is not more than an SHO of the Kohsar police station,” Fawad said to the interior minister in a tweet.

The interior minister was also forewarned by Fawad Chaudhry of the repercussions of his remarks.

The PTI leader taunted the interior minister by claiming that Sanaullah had not been to Faisalabad since the PML-N lost control of Punjab.
