Indian actress Swastika Mukherjee booked producer for sexual harassment

 

Indian actress Swastika Mukherjee has accused producer Sandeep Sarkar, of sexual harassment. According to her, she received countless emails from a person named Ravish Sharma on behalf of producer Sandeep that if she will not promote their upcoming movie Shibpur, she has to face dire consequences.

She further told that Sharma contacted her manager and told her that if she will not comply, he will hack her profile and after morphing her pictures he will misuse it. The actress already filed a police complaint against the producer. But after facing problems and distress now has to make the allegation public.

She told that Sandeep Sarkar also threatened her that he was an American citizen and that if she will not cooperate with him he will talk to the US Consulate so she can never get a US visa. He also threatened her to drag to the Police Commissioner, Chief Minister, and other officials.

She further explained that she shot and dubbed the film and she had no intention of not promoting the movie. Initially, the film was due to be released in March but later they changed the dates and didn’t inform her and never talked about the marketing plans of the movie.

The actor further grieved that due to this whole scenario, her mental peace is at great risk.
