An individual from New Delhi, India, resigned from his job on the first day, pointing to a lengthy commute from his home to work as the primary reason.

Despite securing a position in a reputable company with good pay, he recognized that the extensive travel to “Moulsari Avenue” from his northwest Delhi residence (connected by the Pink line) would be burdensome.

Being an introvert, he initially sought the on-site experience but realized he would only have 3 hours at home daily, considering work hours and commute, leaving minimal personal time.

The commute expenses also factored in, costing around 5,000 rupees per month.

Unable to relocate, he turned to the internet for advice, receiving mixed responses, with some deeming his choice “silly”.
