Interim CM Punjab, Asif Zardari meet PM Shehbaz

Interim Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Pakistan Peoples Party co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari has met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday.

Prime minister wished CM Punjab Mohsin Naqvi well on assuming the role of interim chief minister of Punjab. He added, “It is anticipated that you would carry out your constitutional duty in a manner compatible with efficiency and help make the electoral process impartial and transparent.”

Former president and Pakistan Peoples Party co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari visited with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) upcoming plans.

The meeting at the PM House covered both the politics of Sindh and the state of politics in general.

PDM leaders also emphasized the Muttahida Qaumi Movement misgivings. On this occasion, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique, Ayaz Sadiq and Senator Saleem Mandviwalla were also present.
