Supreme Court’s puisne judge Justice Qazi Faez Isa has said that he didn’t know about political speeches in the parliament and it was not necessary for him to agree with everything that was said.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa said “on behalf of my institution I would say that we stand with constitution.” He said that constitution is the face and recognition of Pakistan and all of us.
Speaking before the parliament, he said that he has been a neighbor since a long time. He said that he used to go passing by the Parliament and used to think about the proceedings going on inside.
SC puisne judge, speaking on the golden jubilee ceremony of the constitution, said that he was appointed the chief justice of Balochistan to resolve the political problems that the province was facing at the time due to unlawfulness.
He said that he has also faced criticism and that he would not make any political speech. He said that there have been a lot of hatred created; we do not hate our enemies as much we do to each other.
Justice Faez Isa also said that for the first time the invitation was given and they had come with positive mind. He said that there could be possibility that sometime in future they might he to decide against politicians sitting there.
He said that it was not necessary for him to agree with the political comments passed here. He said that his field was not politics but it was law and constitution.
