Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Mustafa Kamal signal combined struggle

Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has met with Pak Sar Zameen Party Chief Mustafa Kamal. Both have agreed to combine the struggle for the rights of the people of Karachi.

Addressing the press conference Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that winning the elections was everyone’s right and that they would not let anyone snatch that right.

MQM Convener invited Mustafa Kamal to join hands with the people of Karachi. He said that it was imperative to unite for Karachi’s sake as the time for the combined struggle had come.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that he has talked with Mustafa Kamal and will wait for his decision. He said that nobody will accept elections based on bogus delimitation and consensus.

PSP chief Mustafa Kamal said that only Karachi could help Pakistan get out of the economic turmoil.

He said that if they will ignore Karachi just for the sake of political interests then that will be a problem for the common man. He said that the situation was appearing to be good for the people of Karachi. He said that no party alone could help Karachi get out of its miseries.

MQM-P had earlier announced to protest against Karachi’s delimitation on January 9.
