Talking to the media before the hearing today, Imran Khan’s lawyer Barrister Gohar Ali Khan denied such reports while reacting to the reports about the alleged separation of senior lawyer Khawaja Haris from the case.
Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said that Khawaja Haris has not separated from the case, his assistants keep coming, we benefit from the skills and abilities of Khawaja Haris, Khawaja Haris’s power of attorney is present both in the Supreme Court and the High Court.
Earlier, it was reported that Khawaja Haris had recused himself from the legal team in the Toshakhana case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman, the decision was taken on the basis of concerns regarding discipline. Latif Khosa will represent Imran Khan’s cases in the Supreme Court and high court.
According to sources, Khawaja Haris did not appear in the court even in the hearing on August 22.
