An accountability court in Lahore on Friday allowed the request of Ahad Cheema, advisor to caretaker prime minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar, seeking permission to go abroad.

Ahad Cheema had sought permission to go abroad on an official visit from August 20 to August 27. The accountability court judge allowed the application.
Prime Minister’s Adviser Ahad Cheema has been given charge of finance affairs to the Establishment Division.
It should be noted that Aashiana Iqbal and assets beyond income references against Ahad Cheema are being heard in the NAB court.
