The Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned the hearing of the petition filed by PTI chairman’s nephew Hassaan Niazi till 2 pm.
Hafeez ullah Niazi, father of PTI chairman’s nephew Hassaan Niazi, had filed a petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the detention of his son.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered the production of Hassaan Niazi in the court and sought a reply from IG Punjab and CCPO Lahore.
The petition filed for the recovery of Hassaan Niazi was also heard today, and the public prosecutor presented the report about the accused in the court and said that Hassaan Niazi is the main accused in the Jinnah House attack case.
The court ordered the public prosecutor to ask the concerned authority and tell them that the two, father and son, can meet.
The court granted time to the public prosecutor to arrange meeting of Hassaan Niazi with father, and adjourned the hearing till 2 pm on the request of the petitioner’s lawyer.
Imran Khan’s nephew Hassaan Niazi is named in the Askari Tower and Jinnah House cases and is currently in custody of Balochistan Police.
Hassan Niazi’s father Hafeez ullah Niazi requested the court to recover the son and present him before the court.
