Lowest score in T20 history, Sydney Thunder all out for 15

Henry Thornton of Adelaide Strikers took 5 wickets for 3 runs and Wes Agar grabbed 4 for 2 runs

In a match of Big Bash League in Australia, Sydney Thunder made a world record in T20 cricket that no team wanted to achieve.

In the match played in Sydney, Adelaide Strikers played first and set the target of 140 runs for Sydney Thunder.

Chasing the target, Sydney Thunder were all out for just 15 runs and Adelaide Strikers won the match by 124 runs.

This is the lowest score of a team in the history of T20.

The Sydney Thunder team was all out in 5.5 overs or 35 balls within the Powerplay. Earlier in the history of T20 no team was all out inside the Powerplay to date.

Surprisingly there were players like Alex Hales, Rilee Rossouw and Chris Green in the Sydney Thunder team but they also could not do anything.

Henry Thornton of Adelaide Strikers took five wickets for three runs in 2.5 overs while Wes Agar grabbed four for two runs in two overs.

Earlier the lowest score in T20 history was 21 which was made by Turkey in a match against the Czech Republic in 2019.
