Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Vice President Maryam Nawaz and Foreign Minister and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have welcomed the verdict of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana reference.
Maryam Nawaz has said that Imran Khan has become Pakistan’s first certified liar and thief who was disqualified with undeniable evidence of theft.
In a tweet, she has said that Imran and his wife together had looted the national exchequer. Maryam also stated that the punishment for theft should not end in disqualification alone, further demanding that Imran Khan should be arrested and produced before the law and the looted money should be taken back.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that Election commission of Pakistan has found Imran Khan guilty of corrupt practices.
Bilawal has stated in a tweet that Imran Khan now stands disqualified. He stated that Imran who would spread lies about alleged corruption of his political opponents has been caught red handed.
