Maryam Nawaz criticizes CJP Bandial for aiding Imran Khan

Edifice would strengthen voice of parliament, which is mother of all institutions, says PML-N Chief Organizer

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz asked, “Chief Justice, was it joyful to witness this sea of people or not?”

Addressing the sit-in of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) outside the Supreme Court, Maryam Nawaz said that Suo motu was taken on something else because the case belonged to someone else.”

PML-N leader said that not only Imran Khan and Parvez Elahi, but also the President Dr. Arif Alvi was implicated in the dissolution of the assembly. She claimed “you replaced the decision of four-three with the decision of three-two by abusing the chair and authority.”

Even if we are 75 years old, 220 million people’s fate has not changed, Maryam Nawaz said.

The confusion and temptation that the nation is currently experiencing have more to do with Umar Ata Bandial from Zaman Park, according to her, and this wave of crisis was started when the case involved someone else but suo motu notice was taken on something else.

The PML-N leader said that when genuine people demonstrate in their hundreds and millions of numbers, nothing changes and no one is bothered.

Earlier, the official twitter handle of PML-N, shared the details of convoys travelling to Islamabad.

“We are the ones who respect this building (the Supreme Court), we are the people who created the constitution, and we did not want to demonstrate here today, Maryam Nawaz said, adding that their rulings might potentially improve Pakistan or destroy it.

According to Maryam Nawaz, the Supreme Court must deliver justice to the victim, the strong must be held accountable, and democracy must be reinforced.

She said that this edifice would have strengthened the voice of the parliament and that it was the responsibility to uphold the honor of duly elected Prime Minister. “Some of the facilitators present are actively obstructing justice,” she claimed.

Maryam Nawaz said that if an elected Prime Minister is made ineligible, someone will be hanged, deported, or shot.

She enquired as to whether or not the Supreme Court had expelled any dictators.

PML-N leader also said that all five martial laws (judicial martial law) have been enforced in Pakistan from here today as our army is not prepared to impose martial rule and is instead standing by the constitution and the law.

Marriyum Nawaz said that the parliament was the mother of all institutions and the place where the constitution was created.

In response to a sit-in in front of the Supreme Court in Islamabad, PML-N Chief Organizer remarked, “Your job is to interpret the constitution; it is not your job to trample it. The parliament had not yet passed a legislation, but you sat on it like a snake.”

According to Maryam Nawaz, anytime the country degenerated, it did so as a result of the Supreme Court’s doctrine of necessity.

Maryam Nawaz said that when the Long March took place on May 25, the whole of Islamabad was set on fire, Justice Umar Ata Bandial said in the court that Imran Khan may not have set fire.

She said that what India, enemy countries, terrorist organizations could not do, three days ago it was showed by their pet [Imran Khan].
