May could be ‘politically chaotic’, says Sheikh Rashid

Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has warned that the next month would be “politically chaotic”.

While speaking to the media persons on Tuesday, Rashid said that resignations could be taken or given in the next month and only elections were the solution right now.

Earlier, Rashid tweeted that after Eid-ul-Fitr, there would be a lot of passionate political scenarios and only early elections could make things better.

He also said that the government was digging its own grave by agreeing to International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) conditions.

The former interior minister also claimed that former prime minister Imran Khan was going to get cheaper wheat, petrol and gas from Russia.

He added that the foreign conspiracy against the nation had pushed the public into more inflation.
