Kiran Khatri has been appointed as Assistant Commissioner, Inland Revenue, in the Federal Board of Revenue, marking her as the first Pakistani Hindu girl to become a CSS officer in the organization. Hailing from Tharparkar, Sindh, which is known as the most underdeveloped area in the province, Kiran Khatri’s achievement was reported by The Pakistan Urdu.

Kiran Khatri pursued an MBBS degree and successfully cleared the recent CSS exam. She is a graduate of LUMS and has expressed her commitment to serving the country with dedication.

In the CSS-2022 examination results announced on Friday, a disheartening situation emerged as only 237 candidates out of over 20,260 applicants who took the test and interview were able to pass. This accounts for a mere 1.85% pass rate.

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) officially released the CSS-2022 results on June 9. Notably, candidates from Punjab secured the top six positions in the exam. The majority of successful candidates also come from Punjab, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Several female candidates have successfully cleared the test and interview, and they are now joining their allocated departments based on the FPSC’s final result.

The triumphant candidates are proudly sharing their success stories on social media platforms and congratulating others who have achieved their dreams.
