Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Hammad Azhar’s arrested father former governor Punjab Mian Azhar has returned home on Monday.
In his message released on Twitter, Hammad Azhar said that his father who was taken to the CIA police station, returned home.
Hammad Azhar further stated in a message on social media that the police checked the father’s phone for an hour.
Earlier, yesterday, Hammad Azhar had said that his father had been taken to an unknown place by the police.
“My father, Mian Mohammad Azhar, is 82 years old and he is seriously ill with multiple issues,” Hammad said.
On the other hand, the police said that Mian Mehmood-ur-Rashid, Hammad Azhar, and Mian Aslam Iqbal are named in the case registered at Shadman police station.
Farrukh Habib, Musarrat Cheema, Zubair Niazi, and 50 other unidentified accused were involved in the case.
