Minister of State Hina Rabbani Khar to visit Afghanistan on 29th

Minister of State of Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar along with her delegation is expected to visit Kabul, Afghanistan on 29th November to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation in different fields.

As per Media reports, the delegation of minister of state foreign affairs delegation includes Special Representative Ambassador Muhammad Sadiq, ministers from the finance ministry, and other ministers.

Pakistan’s Delegation to Afghanistan is also expected to meet Afghan Prime Minister Hasan Akhund.

The minister of state will also call on her counterpart Mullah Amir Khan Muttaqi.

Recently there had been tensions on the Pak-Afghan Chaman border. Hina Rabbani Khar is also expected to discuss this matter with Afghan Higher officials.

State Minister last week also had a meeting with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in which he briefed her on bilateral trade in both states.

She also received an update from the finance minister on bilateral trade as well as a thorough, efficient, and goal-oriented strategy for fostering relationships with Afghans in other domains.

Earlier in 2012, Hina Rabbani Khar made history by being the first woman Political leader from Pakistan to visit Afghanistan.
