Popular film and television actress Mariam Ansari finally had her rukhsati this Wednesday, December 22. Although she had tied a knot with Owais Khan earlier this year, in February, a rukhsati event took place just this week in a shendi event which was a somewhat off-beat event, unlike the ones that usually take place, for news is it that Mariam Ansari also preferred a qawwali night over the traditional wedding festivities that take place.
However, when it came to the dress, the actress was observed wearing a traditional red-coloured bridal dress, a shade which most of the Pakistani brides go for on their weddings.
The husband, Owais Khan, who happens to be the son of famous cricketer Moin Khan, was wearing a black shalwar kameez with a golden tinctured coat coupled with a red kulla.
Mariam Ansari entered the Pakistani drama industry around 2015 and appeared in numerous hits such as ‘Bunty I Love You’, ‘Aik Pal’, ‘Shanakht’, ‘Dil Lagi’, ‘Dil Lagi’, ‘Angan’, ‘Qaid’, ‘Romeo Weds Heer’, ‘Bharam’ and ‘Susraal Mera’. Apart from this, the actress also has hit films to her name such as ‘Maalik’ and ‘Azaadi’.
