Mohammed bin Salman announce Rolls-Royce for each Saudi Arabia player

Saudi Arabia’s crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud announced Rolls Royce Phantom for the national football squad after their historic victory over Argentina in their FIFA World Cup opening in Qatar.

Argentina’s Lionel Messi-led team was defeated by the Saudi team 2-1. As a reward for their illustrious triumph, each member of the complete squad will receive a princely gift.

Many people expected Argentina to easily overcome Saudi Arabia because just 48 places were separating the two teams in the world rankings.

Argentina, one of the favourites to win the 2022 competition, has gone three years without a loss.

A Rolls-Royce Phantom model estimated to be worth roughly 500,000 euros will be given to each of them.

It is a luxury vehicle with a V12 engine with 48 valves and direct gasoline injection, producing a maximum of 460 horsepower (338 kW) and 720 Nm (530 lb-ft) of torque. It has a 5.7-second 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration time.

The Saudi Arabian players won’t be receiving this pricey gift for the first time; in 1994, Saeed Al-Owairan also received a luxury car after scoring a goal against Belgium and winning the match 1-0.
